After a 4-5 week trial period you and your child may decide to join so this detail lets you know up front what the costs are;

1.       $45 (approx) for a shirt you can order online at https://scoutshop.com.au/ (we provide all the badges and scarf).

2.       $220 World, National and State membership fee per annum from the date of being invested as a member.

3.       $70 per term to Padbury Scout Group

4.     and depending on the section your child belongs to you may choose to send your child on a camp, hike or external activity which can vary in costs of approximately $60 - $100 depending on location, duration and planned activities. Usually hikes involve just the cost of transport which is around $10 as we already have a stock of backpacks and tents. The Cub Scouts would normally have 2-3 camps per year plus a few one day activities. Scouts have 1-2 Hikes and 3 camps per year with a few one day activities. Joey Scouts are normally only one day or half day activities normally in the better weather months.
